Edgewood Church of God presently has an opening for a Music Director.
This is a compensated position requiring an estimated 8-10 hours per week.
General Responsibilities are as follows:
- Must be able to competently play piano
- Must be computer capable to download music, provide weekly input for bulletin and communicate with other members
- Coordinate music with pastor for Sunday morning worship
- Lead/direct a small Praise Team in an evening practice and Sunday morning song service
- Provide gathering music and closing/dismissal music before and after worship service
- Work with Praise Team members, Pastor, Liaison and other contributors to provide appropriate music for worship and special services.
